The 3 Critical Success Factors
In Step 1 we will discuss the 3 Critical Success Factors or common failure points in businesses. Those that follow programmes such as the Dragon’s Den can usually tell you why participants don’t get their investment.
The reasons for success is usually related to strength in all these areas, failure can be related to weakness in any one or more of the following:
- The Business Idea – what the business does and who it does it for and how it adds / provides value.
- The Business Model– how the business does you do what it does. This is usually the key driver of Costs.
- Leadership and Drive – if you don’t drive your business or lead your staff no one else will!
There you have it the 3 Critical Success Factors and on the flip side, the main reasons why business that fail, fail!
